How We Evaluate Each Battery Project

01

Application & Duty Cycle

We review how the battery will be used, including load profile, daily runtime, peak draw, rest periods and expected operating cycles.

02

Voltage, Capacity & Energy

We translate your application requirements into nominal voltage, usable capacity and total energy needs.

03

Cell Chemistry & Format

We compare LiFePO4, lithium-ion, 18650, 21700 or other cell formats based on energy density, cycle life, cost and availability.

04

BMS Architecture & Communication

We define protection settings, balancing needs and communication options such as CAN, RS485, UART or Bluetooth.

05

Mechanical & Thermal Constraints

We review enclosure size, mounting method, weight target, heat dissipation and connector layout.

06

Environmental Conditions

We consider temperature range, humidity, vibration, dust exposure and other application-specific conditions.

07

Compliance & Documentation Path

We identify required transport documents and discuss possible certification pathways based on destination market and project scope.

08

Production Volume & Logistics

We review sample quantity, expected batch volume, lead time, shipping method and destination country.

Why PackForge for These Applications

PackForge Energy supports B2B battery pack projects through in-house engineering review, factory-controlled pack assembly, cell and BMS matching, testing coordination, documentation preparation and export delivery support. Our role is not only to quote a battery pack, but to help customers turn application requirements into manufacturable, testable and export-ready battery systems.

PackForge battery pack factory engineering and assembly process
Factory-Controlled Battery Pack Support

Engineering review, pack assembly, testing and export delivery are considered as one complete project process.

01

In-House Engineering from Review to Delivery

The Problem We See

Many battery pack projects fail or get delayed because the application requirements, electrical design, mechanical structure, BMS settings, testing requirements and shipping documents are not reviewed together from the beginning.

How We Work

PackForge reviews the project as a complete battery system. Our engineering and production teams evaluate the application, voltage, capacity, discharge current, cell chemistry, BMS protection, connector layout, enclosure structure, testing requirements and export documents before production moves forward.

02

Cell and BMS Selection Based on Real Application Requirements

The Problem We See

A battery pack can look correct on paper but still perform poorly if the selected cell, BMS, discharge capability, protection settings or communication method does not match the real operating conditions.

How We Work

PackForge selects cell chemistry, cell format and BMS architecture based on the customer’s actual application, load profile, runtime target, safety requirements, communication needs, budget and lead time. We use qualified cell sources and integrate the pack through our own battery pack engineering and assembly process.

03

Factory-Controlled Assembly and Testing Process

The Problem We See

For custom battery packs, inconsistent assembly, unclear wiring layout, poor insulation, weak connector planning or insufficient testing can create safety risks and delivery problems.

How We Work

PackForge manages pack assembly through our factory process, including cell matching direction, BMS integration, wiring and connector layout, insulation and structure review, sample build, electrical testing and pre-shipment inspection. The goal is to make each pack buildable, repeatable and suitable for the intended application.

04

Documentation Planning Before Shipment

The Problem We See

Lithium battery shipments can be delayed if UN38.3, MSDS / SDS, labels, packing method, dangerous goods documents or destination-market requirements are not considered early enough.

How We Work

PackForge reviews documentation and shipping requirements during the project stage, not after production is finished. Based on the selected cells, pack structure, shipping method and destination market, we support the preparation of required lithium battery documents and export delivery materials.
